Manager

Job Scope:

  • Represent the outlet in all day to day operational needs.
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Developing, implementing and reviewing work flows to empower a lean and efficient team. 
  • Ensure the smooth operation and efficient manning scheduling of the outlet.
  • Hiring and ensuring sufficient manpower for outlet needs.
  • Account for the outlet's stock inventory and revenue
  • Supervising, managing and motivating team members, and provide effective guidance.
  • Manage, direct and co-ordinate all operation-related activities in a proficient and responsive way.
  • Review and recommend advertising and marketing strategies and systems to attract and retain customers.

Requirements:

  • 5.5 days work week, off on Mondays.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
  • Enthusiastic individual who is committed, responsible and responsive
  • Service-oriented, good interpersonal and customer service skills

Chef de Partie

    Job Scope:

    • Layering of buttercream and fresh cream cakes
    • Frosting & decorating of buttercream and fresh cream cakes based on client’s requirements
    • Decoration of customised cake based on client’s requirements
    • Frosting of cakes with different techniques
    • Forsee and plan for big events and busy periods

    Requirements:

    • 5/6 days alternate work week, All Mondays off and alternate day off
    • Passionate about cakes and seek for high quality and standards in your work 
    • Responsible and able to ensure accuracy in all of his/her works
    • Proactive and a great team player, able to work well with others 
    • Able to work in a fast paced environment
    • Highly motivated and responsible individual
    • Experience in frosting and cake decorating necessary
      Intern (Baker)

        Job Scope:

        • Baking of cake sponges and desserts
        • Preparation of sauces, curds, and fillings
        • Finishing of desserts such as tarts, cupcakes including piping
        • Setting up and stocking up stations with all necessary supplies
        • To assist in identifying problems, conducting investigation and resolve routine problems

        Requirements:

        • 5.5 days work week, All Mondays off and Sundays 8-12/9-1PM.
        • Passionate about cakes and seek for high quality and standards in your work 
        • Responsible and able to ensure accuracy in all of his/her works
        • Proactive and a great team player, able to work well with others 
        • Able to work in a fast paced environment
        • Highly motivated and responsible individual
        • Minimum 5-6 months commitment
